Do not tarp your fire pit, the tarp will cause the patina to blacken and stop the oxidation process.  In many cases the color of the tarp will transfer to the new steel. During the maturing process keep wet leaves and debris off the piece until the steel matures.  Allow the piece to mature with each fire.  Sit back, relax and enjoy your new Fire Pit Art®. 

The Liquid Propane and Natural Gas burning variants of the Manta Ray Fire Pit include a Penta 24" 200K BTU burner.  This burner provides a flame that is great for small to medium sized gatherings.  The package also includes a whistle free flex line, Dante valve, burner plate, and lava rock. We hope your Fire Pit Art® provides many wonderful memories for your family and friends.

Match Lit System: We utilize the very best technology and components for gas fuel conversions at Fire Pit Art®. This is why we now use the patented Stainless Steel Penta burner designed by HPC. Their burner provides a uniform & full campfire effect for your fire pit and works well with the lava rock that is included. HPC also includes a lifetime warranty with your burner for added peace of mind.
 
AWEIS System: All Weather Electronic Ignition System includes 24 volt AC Transformer, Fire Module, Heat Shield and Install Instructions.     We love the Manta Ray fire pit! It burns a great fire, but is a piece of art on our deck. The design both shelters and ventilates the fire. It is so much better made than the pitiful big box firepits we would burn through in a year. We're looking forward to many years of fires with this beautiful beast.

    We are so pleased with this purchase. Shocked when it arrived within 10 days of ordering especially given the current circumstances. Not only a wonderful addition to our new patio but I see this lasting for years. We love the patina and how it slowly darkens and adds character with more fires. We’ve had several now and am also amazed at the amount of heat this will put out. Truly sorry I didn’t get this 5 crummy fire pits ago! Thanks again!

    We've wanted one of these since first seeing one at Leipers Fork, TN. It's a simple yet elegant design that should be a beautiful addition to your home for generations. I was worried about it being smoky because of the fire being below the air flow, but in reality, the design actually prevents much smoke from forming because the shape decentralizes the fire and spreads out the flame. The steel radiates heat down low so your feet are warm too. Couldn't be happier with the purchase.

    The aesthetics of the Manta fire pit is awesome. High quality and I’ve had multiple roaring fires already. Kids love the s’mores we’ve had.

    Definitely worth the wait. Due to Covid-19 the company was backlogged and items took longer than normal to ship. The fire pit itself is awesome. We have had no issues with it and expect to enjoy it for many years to come.

    A conversation piece. A lovely piece of Art and a useful fire pit. This fire pit arrived on a boxed pallet and we used it the same night. We thought of swimming with the stingrays in Grand Cayman and mostly the waters off Poipu, Kauai. Worth every penny.
