Terrible customer service, products rusts, lid holds water. !
I emailed and called to discuss issues with the fire pit with zero positive response from the company. The firepit rusts the lid holds water and the rust has ruined our blue stone patio. Given how much was spent on this item I would think the company would be happy to make us happy. I also recommended multiple people who are now also having similar issues.
